ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.297 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i), 435 and 379(NH) IPC., seeks bail.
2.According to the defacto complainant, due to previous enmity, the first accused has set fire to the two wheeler of the defacto complainant and the second accused damaged another two wheeler and the third accused has committed theft of one more motor bike of the defacto complainant's friends.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused and the defacto complainant are friends and due to misunderstanding a false complaint was given and it is further submitted that the petitioner is in incarceration for more than 65 days and the fourth accused, who is similarly placed with that of the petitioner is released on bail by the lower Court in Crl.M.P.No.5891 of 2015.
4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having six previous cases to his credit and that the investigation is at initial stage.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m.until further orders, for interrogation.
