The above Review Application is filed seeking to review the order dated 12.10.2022 passed in in C.M.P.(MD) No.272 of 2022 in W.A. (MD)Sr.No.9257 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material records placed before this Court.

3. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the order warranting review of the order dated 12.10.2022. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can file an appeal and work out the remedy in the manner known to law. This court in exercise of review jurisdiction, without sufficient and just reasons, cannot review its own judgment. Finding no merits, the present Review 2/4

application is dismissed. No costs.
