This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.138 of 2011 from the hands of the 5th respondent and handed over the same to the C.B.I (3rd respondent) officials investigation agency.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after completing investigation, the case was closed as ' Action Dropped'. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
