ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.336 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.6551 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. 06.02.2023 das 2/4
