ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report (Charge Sheet) in Crime No.156 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.156 of 2015 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
