ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.1 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties had settled the dispute between them and they are also executed a joint compromise memo, dated 22.04.2021. He also filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3287 of 2021 for quashing the proceedings on the ground of compromise.
