PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai made in I.A.No.730 of 2014 in O.S.No.359 of 2012 and set aside the portion of dismissing the impleading petition with regards to the respondent no 11 as proposed 11th defendant,by a Fair and Decreetal order dated 21.01.2019.

ORDER
