This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.48 of 2019, dated 20.10.2021 passed by the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

2.The said I.A.No.48 of 2019 was filed by the revision petitioner to appoint a guardian for the first respondent under Order XXXII Rule 3 of CPC, which was dismissed by the trial Court after examined thee first respondent as Court witness - CW.1. The evidence of C.W.1 clearly stated that she had taken treatment prior to the petition, now she can deposed. The first respondent has clearly gave the evidence and understood the question put by the trial Court to her.

3.Therefore, the learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur, has rightly dismissed the I.A.No.48 of 2019 in Unnumbered O.P. This Court has no valid reason to interfere with the order of the Court below.

4.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed by confirming the order, dated 20.10.2021 in I.A. No.48 of 2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur. No Costs.
