ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to reject the memo dated 07.08.2023 issued in O.S.No.352 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Aggrieved over the memo issued against the petitioner by the trial Court, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,53,780/- as stamp duty penalty for admitting the documents, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not going to mark the document.

4. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the memo dated 07.08.2023 issued by the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli, in O.S.No.352 of 2022, is kept in abeyance and any necessity arises in future, it can be revived.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
