ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 03.01.2022 and the requisition letter of the learned Judge, Ist Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai (FAC) vide letter in D.No.104/2022, dated 20/04/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.S.MAKESH, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.The learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai (FAC), has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.138 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.02.2021.

3.Perused.

4.The reasons stated in the letter dated 20.04.2022 is accepted and a further period of one month time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
