ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of Criminal Appeal No.11 of 2014, from the the file of the Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District to the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District.

2. After hearing of arguments on both sides, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he is not
pressing the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he seeks one more opportunity to put forth their case before the first appellate Court, for which, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent has no serious objections. The learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties further undertook that they will appear before the first appellate Court on 04.05.2018, for further arguments.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Additional District Judge, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, shall grant one more opportunity to the petitioners for further arguments, without granting any long adjournments and dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than 30.05.2018.
