ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/ accused No.1 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.248 of 2016, on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already investigation has been completed and a charge sheet was filed on 20.11.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, but so far, the case was not taken on file. 3.Considering the aforesaid Submissions, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, is directed to make a surprise inspection to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor and verify whether the charge sheet was filed in Crime No.248 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Valliyoor and why the case was not taken on file and submit a report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order likewise the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valliyoor is also directed to verify whether the charge sheet was actually filed or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
