O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the respondents to take appropriate action for secure the accused on the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 08.07.2015 against the accused person in accordance with law within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 17 of 2015 has been registered on 06.06.2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(i) and 408 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, but, the respondent has not arrested the petitioner and he prays for a direction to the respondent to take action to secure the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts that the case has been registered only on 06.06.2015 and there is dispute between the
