This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner, to withdraw the case in C.C.No.567 of 2014, from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, to transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
