ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner's life and limb in pursuant of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2018.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that already the petitioner's husband namely Poosari Pandian has filed a suit in O.S.No.38 of 2015 against the 3rd respondent herein and two others, on the file of the learned District Munsif Sivakiri for the relief of declaration and injunction in respect of certain properties. She further submitted that in the suit, an Advocate Commissioner was also appointed and he has also measured his property and filed a report and that being so, the respondents 3 to 5 giving life threat to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 18.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry, the petitioner herself appeared and gave a statement that she will workout her remedy before the Civil Court and no further action is required on her complaint.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
