Even though copies were furnished on 15.12.2017, sofar, the accused were not questioned.

Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai is directed to ask questions with regard to the charges levelled against the petitioner and other accused in the next hearing and dispose of the case within 6 months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
