ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 7 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

present petition to quash the First Information Report having become infructuous and the same was dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the charge sheet, if he is so advised.

4. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
