O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 17.01.2018 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner did not give consent to marry one Sridhar and due to his inducement, her family members pushed out her from parental home and she gave a complaint on 17.01.2018 and since no action has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petition enquiry is still pending.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
