2. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list.

3. Considering the above, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.503 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from 2nd Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore to the Sub Court, Uthamapalayam. The Sub Court, Uthamapalayam shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
