ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Sole Accused in Crime No.353 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.08.2015 in pursuance of non bailable warrant issued in S.C.No.8 of 2014 by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petitioner/sole accused was regularly appearing before the Trial Court, but on 20.11.2014 since the petitioner met with accident and went to hospital for treatment, he could not appear before the Trial Court and hence, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates, without fail.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, and on further condition the the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates, without fail. sd/- 14/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
