ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. It is not in dispute that as on date, no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. It is admitted that petition enquiry is pending. If at the end of enquiry, the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners will be put on notice, so that, the petitioners will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioners to the police station for enquiry.
