Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to give a fair chance to appear for the test of High Jump with 100 meters running and 400 meters running in the Physical Efficiency Test as per Para XVIII of Advertisement No.1 of 2019. Heard Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.The petitioner seems to raise a ground that rope climbing was not compulsory in the notification issued by the respondent Board on 06.03.2019 and the rope climbing in the physical efficiency test has been made compulsory only in the recruitment notification, dated 17.09.2020.
3.The comparison of both the notifications issued in the year 2019 & 2020, reveals that rope climbing in the physical efficiency test has been made compulsory in both the recruitments. As such, the basis, on which, the petitioner has laid this writ petition, cannot be sustained.

W.P.(MD) No.1810 of 2021 4.It is needless to point out that a fair chance to appear in the physical efficiency test will always be available to any of the candidates, who possess the required qualifications and passed the mandatory tests for the purpose of recruitment. 5.It is seen that earlier, the petitioner had challenged the disqualification Clause in the 2019 recruitment process and this Court had dismissed the petitioner's plea through its order, dated 19.12.2019, in W.P.(MD).No.25822 of 2019.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
