ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash FIR in Crime No. 1074 of 2023, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was also taken on file in C.C.No.1447 of 2024 by the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
