Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to construct box type reinforced cement concrete drainage system with waterproof, manhole cover, adequate cross section and length to accommodate million liters of rain water without any seepage, percolation, penetration, inundation into the petitioner's building property at north and south east corner of the four road junction point of Sivagamipuram Street, Angaiya Raja Street and Ambalapuli Bazaar in Rajapalayam Town, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2022 and subsequent representation dated 02.12.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
