This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register the FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.06.2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and after completion of enquiry, the respondent police closed the complaint.

4. In view of the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Inspector of Police, K.K.Nagar Police Station, Trichy District.
