ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in pure civil dispute and also direct he first and second respondents not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
