This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner except due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.455 of 2015 and the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C has been initiated.

4. Considering the rival submission made on either side, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner by following the procedure contemplated under D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
