ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 498 (A) IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter can be solved by way of proper adjudication, if the case is referred to Social Welfare Officer. He hence requests this Court to refer this matter to the Social Welfare Officer.
