ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the cheque leaves given by the petitioner were misused and due to which, he has given a complaint to the first respondent police on 01.11.2016 and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. Since no action was taken, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petition enquiry is still pending.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
