O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.32 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police in so far as the petitioners are concerned and quash the same as against the accused 2 and 3.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners are acquitted in the proceedings under Section 498(A) IPC, the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
