ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as Sole Accused in Crime No.193 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Section 366A I.P.C. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.07.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.
2.According to the de-facto complainant that on 04.07.2015 the accused kidnapped her daughter.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the daughter of the de-facto complainant fell in love with each other which was opposed by the de-facto complainant and as the de-facto complainant has arranged marriage for her daughter, she left her mother on her own volition. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the victim girl is 15 years old and she has been secured.

5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, Dindigul District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
