Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2.

2. The petitioner is a tenant under the private respondents. The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is putting pressure on the petitioner to vacate the premises in question.

3. Since the issue between the petitioner on the one hand and R3 & R4 on the other is purely civil in nature, the second respondent is directed to keep away from the said dispute and not interfere in the same.
