O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Moo.Mu.No.C6/2606244/2024 dated 06.11.2024 confirming the order passed in Na.Ka.No.2047/2024/A2 dated 11.09.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent, thereby the petitioner was directed to vacate the property in question and hand over the same to the third respondent.
2. Today i.e., on 13.10.2025, an undertaking affidavit has been filed by the petitioner, in which, it has been stated as follows: "3. I hereby undertake that as my children's are studying Haran Dhivubai InderMalji Jain Mat.Higher Secondary School which is near to my present residence and their final written examination to be held in the month
of April 2026 and hence I can only vacate the premises Grocery Shop portion and my place of residence on 1st May 2026. I hereby undertake to abide by this undertaking affidavit. "
3. The respondents have accepted the same.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
