This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD). No.18774 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(06.02.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as per the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.18774 of 2025, dated 11.07.2025, the case of the petitioner has been considered and it has been rejected by the Deputy Director, Kallar Reclamation in proceedings in Se.Mu.No.H7/1182/2025, dated 03.09.2025. A copy of the proceedings is also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt petition is closed with 2/4

liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above proceedings in the manner known to law.
