ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute which is pending between the petitioner and her daughters.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's daughters have filed a suit in O.S.No.178 of 2017, before the 1st Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli for partition. During pendency of the said suit, the petitioner is putting up construction in Survey No.40, New T.S.No.4 Trichy, which is not included in the partition suit. But the petitioner's daughters gave a false complaint before the second respondent stating that the petitioner is putting up construction violating the order of the Court and based on the said complaint, the respondents 1 and 2 are harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and

the said complaint would be closed as the dispute is civil in nature.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
