ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.552 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that it is a case of job racketeering. The accused persons received a sum of Rs.10 lakhs from the defacto complainant on the assurance of securing employment, but, failed to do so. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further 2/5

submitted that the petitioners are ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the first petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He further submitted that there is a specific overt act attributed against the petitioners. However, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5..This is the second anticipatory application and there is no change in circumstances. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations against the second petitioner are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second petitioner.

7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
