ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's husband is involved in 16 cases. The respondent police was attempting to enquire the husband of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition not to harass her.

of the petitioner, necessary summons will be issued to her in this regard.
