This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent against the petitioners, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
