ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2025 by following the Rule 562(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Police Standing Order and Circular issued by the Additional Director General of Police in C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the third respondent, CSR.No.12 of 2025 was assigned and after completion of enquiry, the same was closed on 18.01.2025. The petitioner has sent a representation on 06.01.2025, which was assigned in Current Paper No.16/DG/DCPNorth/MC/2025. For that purpose, the petitioner is required.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner would appear before the respondent police on 30.01.2025 with regard to current paper enquiry. 2/4

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 30.01.2025 for enquiry with regard to Current Paper No.16/DG/DCP-North/MC/2024 and thereafter, the respondent police to dispose the same within two months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
