ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made arrangements for digging bore-well in his patta land, but the third respondent, who is politically influenced person in that locality created a problem by saying that the petitioner is trying to dig the bore-well in some other person's land and also gave a false complaint before the second respondent. Based on that, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that no petition has been received against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
