This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.22 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent herein as against the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and there is no evidence to implicate the petitioner herein in the present case and therefore, the first respondent police is going to file charge sheet by deleting the name of the petitioner herein.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
