of Rs.4,92,124/- deposited by the petitioner/ Appellant in W.C.No.49/2011 on the file of the Commissioner of Labour, Madurai till the disposal of the appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.JAWAHAR RAVINDRAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is represented that the claimants have withdrawn Rs.3 lakhs as per the order of this Court dated 28.06.2016 passed in C.M.P.No.5620 of 2016. Hence, there is no necessity for the petitioners to seek permission to withdraw the amount. Hence, the two petitions are closed.
