ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.11.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, he has made a complaint on 16.11.2017 before the respondents alleging that the proposed accused 1 and 3 have created forged documents and executed settlement deed in favour of their wives with the help of the other proposed accused persons and they have also tried to sell the property without the knowledge of the petitioner and his sister. After knowing the same, the petitioner questioned the proposed accused persons immediately and they threatened the petitioner with dire consequences and tried to commit murder. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the said complaint. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted and after investigation, the parties concerned were advised to approach the Civil Court for seeking appropriate remedy.

4.In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court to seek remedy through the Civil Court as well as the Criminal Court.
