ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order in H.M.G.W.O.P.No.139 of 2024 dated 20.08.2025, on the file of the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD) NO. 617 of 2026 learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order in H.M.G.W.O.P.No.139 of 2024 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court. 30-01-2026 Note : The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.81299 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 06.02.2026.
