O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, particularly the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and one of the proposed accused has given a statement that they will not make any dispute with the petitioner and if necessary, they can approach the Civil Court for seeking remedy. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to seek his remedy.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress his grievance.
