O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in Na.Ka.B4/6032/2019 dated 10.02.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner has challenged the patta issued in favour of the third and fourth respondents before the first respondent and the same was entertained by the first respondent in Na.Ka.B4/6032/2019 dated 10.02.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, no orders have been passed and aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.B4/6032/2019 dated 10.02.2020, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and final orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation by annexing the order passed by this Court to the first respondent. This writ petition is disposed of with the above terms.
