Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent, who is illegally taking action against the petitioner's husband Mathew Thomas Thilagar under Tamilnadu Act of 1982 and directing not to register the case against him under the said act by considering the representation dated 23.01.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.
