ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.Srimathy J.) The present Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.04.2025 for regularizing the loan Account No.028500NC00343998, loan Account No.2207210000037 and loan 1/3

Account No.2207300001236 before proceedings further pursuant to order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam in Crl.M.P.No.64 of 2025.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the entire dues payable to the respondent Bank within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent Bank on or before 28.04.2025, to show his bona fide. 4.Mr.C.Deepak, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents.
