ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.3891 of 2021. 2.The writ petition was filed by the respondent/workman seeking implementation of an order conferring permanent status upon him. The relief sought was only for enforcement of the benefit, that was already granted. Perusal of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, it is evident that the learned Single Judge has merely directed implementation of the said order. We do not find any infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the learned Single Judge warranting interference by this Court in the present writ appeal. 2/4
3.Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. [N.S.K., J.] & [M.J.R., J.] 01.04.2026 Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes ta To The Inspector of Labour, Madurai.
