ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 44,379,434,420,465,467,468,471 r/w.109,114 IPC, 3(1) and 4 of TNP (PD&L) Act 1992 and 3(a),4(a) and 6 of Explosive substance Act,1908 in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in PRC No.22 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has undergone angiogram on 12.09.2018 and taking treatment continuously and hence he was absent during the trial in PRC No.22 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur on 19.12.2018. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 19.12.2018.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
4. Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
